Terms of Use

Except where we specify otherwise, Fusion Real Estate offers you access to www.fusionre.com.au (“The Site”) solely for your personal and non-commercial uses.

You promise that you will not use the “The Site” in whole or in part, for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use or for any purposes other than those that are personal and non-commercial.

You agree that you will not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, frame in another web page, use on any other web site, transfer or sell any information, software, lists of users, databases or other lists, products or services provided through or obtained from the “The Site.” This means, among other activities, that you agree not to engage in the practices of “screen scraping,” “database scraping,” or any other activity with the purpose of obtaining lists of users or other information. You agree that you will not use “The Site” in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the “The Site” or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the “The Site.” You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through “The Site.”

Except with the written permission of the entity paying for “The Site’s” hosting, you agree that you will not create links from any web page to any page within the “The Site” with the exception of “The Site’s” homepage.

Terms & Conditions

  1. By entering the promotion, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
  2. The Terms and Conditions of this promotion are governed by the laws of the State of Western Australia.
  3. The promoter is Fusion Real Estate of Shop 5A, 50 Marri Road, Duncraig WA 6023.
  4. To be eligible for this promotion, the entrants must engage a member of Fusion Real Estate to:
    1. Option 1 – List their property for sale with listing to commence during the promotion period. The property must be within the Perth Metropolitan Area. The entrant must sign an exclusive listing agreement with Fusion Real Estate.
    2. Option 2 – List their property for rent with management to commence during the promotion period and for a minimum period of 12 months. The property must be within the Perth Metropolitan Area. The entrant must sign an exclusive listing agreement with Fusion Real Estate.
  5. By entering the promotion, the entrant agrees that they are over the age of 18 years.
  6. The entrant must hold legal ownership of the property.
  7. Fusion Real Estate reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify or refuse any referrals that are not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the referral process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at Fusion Real Estate’s discretion. Failure by Fusion Real estate to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
  8. Entrants can enter the promotion multiple times. One entry per property listed or managed.
  9. The reward of $500 visa card will be handed to the referrer upon settlement of the property listed or upon signed management of the property.
  10. The referrer will be contacted immediately upon eligibility of reward.
  11. The referrer will be contacted via email or telephone.
  12. The decision made by Fusion Real Estate is final. If there is a dispute as to the identity of a referrer, Fusion Real Estate reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the referrer.
  13. Fusion Real Estate accepts no responsibility in any manner whatsoever for any personal injury or any financial costs incurred, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other persons related to or resulting from participation in this competition.
  14. Fusion Real Estate accepts no responsibility in any manner whatsoever for any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion or the reward; any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by Fusion Real Estate) due to any reason beyond Fusion Real Estate’s reasonable control; any tax liability incurred by a winner; or use of a reward, either during or after the competition.
  15. Fusion Real Estate may in its sole discretion disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
  16. By entering into this promotion, entrants give consent for photographs to be taken of their image, which may be used for promotional purposes by Fusion Real estate for an indefinite period. Entrants should direct any concerns to Fusion Real Estate.
  17. All entries become the property of Fusion Real Estate.
  18. Personal information provided by an entrant to Fusion Real Estate for the purpose of this competition will be collected, used and disclosed in accordance with Fusion Real Estate’s Privacy Statement. A copy of the privacy statement is available at https://www.fusionre.com.au/privacy. Personal information collected will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, loaned or otherwise disclosed to any third party otherwise than in accordance with Fusion Real Estate’s privacy statement and these Terms and Conditions.
